I think you missed on this one. It has alot of potential though. I think if the picture was more focused it would be better..
Im not sure, corect me if im worng, you did some "shrap mask" to the picture. And it is necesarry in this kind of pictures to see all her wrinkles but because the picture is not focused enough the sharp factor is lost and you get a blur nose and sharp eyebrow hair and head hair.

Not bullshit at all ! You hit spot on ! The quality wasn't good but I decided I couldn't keep this lovely face for me ! So I did my best. Only option would be a smaller format to "hide" the less than average quality... Thank you for your honesty and congrats for your eye ! :)

This is one of the most engaging pictures of people I have seen for a long while.

Once you fall into her face--I find it very difficult to find my way out of the elegant maze made up by those wrinkly canyons and valleys...

And those eyes. Makes me shudder.
